Andrea is a teacher educator and a mentor trainer working at Károli University in Budapest, Hungary and has trained teachers for over 15 years. Her experience includes both pre-service training for university students and in-service teacher training for practicing teachers. Apart from teaching teachers, she has several years of language teaching experience with different age groups, both primary and secondary. Her job includes a lot of training and mentoring: methodology update, observing classes and giving feedback.
She holds an MA in TEFL, an MEd in Teacher Education from Exeter University (UK) and a PhD in Education from ELTE University (Hungary). Her fields of research interest are motivational strategies, reflective practice and supporting life-long professional development.
