Biodata

Elisabetta Incollingo graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education Studies with a specialization in Psychology at Roma Tre University, Italy. She decided to continue her further education and completed a Master’s Degree in Lifelong Learning, with a dissertation titled “An Autobiography - A Tool for Reflection and Self-Empowerment.” Following university, she moved to London and worked in several roles, including summer schools and student services at LAL Language Centres, London. Being surrounded by teachers, her passion for languages grew so she decided to get the Cambridge CELTA and specialization in Teaching to Young Learners. 

 

Elizabetta successfully opened a school in Italy, teaching English as a foreign language to all ages as well as teaching in state schools for Cambridge Examinations. She also volunteers in pre-schools to engage early young learners with English. 


Her pedagogy draws from the educational theories on behavior psychology and education to pragmatic elements of drama and TPR. In her teaching she emphasizes the communicative aspect, bringing the students’ personal likes into the classroom, making sure their approach to studying reflects the 21st-century skills, such as collaboration and the ability to think critically and creatively.
